Do I have to submit cue-sheets

No you don’t! Even if you use our music for broadcasting you don’t have to submit a cuesheet. Our music is really 100% royalty free

In which format will I receive the licensed songs?

We provide our music in the WAV-format, 44.1kHz, 16Bit, stereo. If you need another format and can’t convert it yourself, we will take care free of charge.
Our previews are mp3s with constant 128kbit.
The downloadable Lofi-Previews are mps with constant 48kbit

Some of your 30s, 60s- or 120s-edits dont have the exact lenght. Why is that, and can I have a version with the 100% correct length?

The reason for this is the different tempo of the songs. To achieve a musically working number of bars that sounds right, we accept a tolerance of up to 5 seconds per minute playtime.
The possibility to provide you with a version that has the exact lenght exists, using timestretching. This always results in a (minimal and in the most cases unhearable) loss of quality. Please contact us and we deliver the adjusted version promptly.

I found the perfect song, but I need a different edit-version.

No problem. On request we will create an edit according to your specification for 25 €. This price doesn’t cover extensions that require the composing of new material.

Can I change and edit the music from Gameaudio.net?

Small changes are permitted. Fade-ins and Fadeouts, crossfades with other songs, EQing or stereomodifications and adding voiceovers are some examples. You can also cut or duplicate parts to make the track fit exactly to your needs.
It is not permitted to add new musical elements or to sample parts of our songs to use them in other tracks. Please take a look at our licensing terms. If you aren’t sure, just contact us and we will help you.
